This is an excellent speech by Ming Campbell. Crime and anti-social behaviour are a growing problem around Bristol, and it is good to see a politician talking seriously about the issue rather than Labour turning a blind-eye to the matter or David Cameron's frankly bizarre "hug a hoodie" approach.
